He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University–San Antonio and has worked in both school and community settings to promote independence, self-advocacy, and access to essential resources.

Drawing from both professional and personal experience, Josue is passionate about helping families navigate educational systems, overcome barriers, and create opportunities for success. His goal is to empower individuals to reach their full potential while providing families with the guidance and support they need every step of the way.
