Jessica is a dedicated advocate and organizational leader committed to empowering families of children with disabilities. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness, giving her a strong foundation in family dynamics, emotional well‑being, and supportive care. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Special Education, focusing on improving systems, strengthening parent-school collaboration, and elevating the voices of families navigating special education.

As the owner of Southern Oak Advocacy Financial & Wellness, Jessica combines her mental health background, lived experience, and leadership training to guide parents through complex school processes, build confidence in advocacy, and ensure children receive the services and support they deserve. Her work is grounded in compassion, clarity, and a deep commitment to equitable outcomes for every child.
