Important Questions

Is life insurance right for me?
If someone depends on your paycheck — a spouse, a partner, your children — life insurance is how you make sure they are protected if something happens to you, and Living Benefits can help while you are still living after a qualifying condition. We start with your budget, together, and you decide.

How much coverage do I need?
It depends on your family: your income, your home, your debts, and how long your family would need support. There is no one right number. In our free talk, we work it out together in plain words before any quote.

Is a medical exam required?
Many policies do not need a medical exam. What is needed depends on the type of coverage and the carrier's rules, and I will tell you up front what to expect.

Can I choose my beneficiaries?
Yes. You choose who receives the benefit — most families name a spouse or partner first, and a backup beneficiary too — and you can update your choice as life changes.

What is the difference between the children's kit and the adults' kit?
The steps are the same, but the sign-in is different. For a child, the parent creates the ID.me or Login.gov account in the parent's own name and enters the child's information in the application. An adult creates their own account, in their own name.

Does Southern Oak decide my Social Security case?
No. Social Security decides every case and answers in writing. My starter kit guidance teaches you the steps and helps you start strong and organized.

Can credit repair fix everything on my report?
No. Errors and items that cannot be proven can be disputed. True, accurate information stays. I will always tell you honestly what can and cannot be done.

How do I sign up?
